5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at zz333 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. Note: this wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and specific conditions.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once unless specifically stated otherwise.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, zz333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• zz333 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will only count on approved games.

5.4 VIP Programme

zz333's VIP membership is divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tiers are determined based on ongoing play. Bronze members receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — 0.5%; Gold — 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. VIP benefit details are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on zz333 are operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is free from any external influence.

6.2 Technical Faults

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may close their account at any time. A closure request must be submitted through our support team. Any remaining balance (provided wagering conditions have been met) may be withdrawn.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by zz333

zz333 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to cooperate with an investigation.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

The fate of funds in a suspended or closed account depends on the outcome of any investigation.
